This diploma thesis „Kindergarten in Pustiměř“ is processed in the form design documentation for the construction. The building is situated in west part village Pustiměř on the slightly sloping land. Horizontally building corresponds approximately L – shaped, where one site has a two floors and another site has one floor. It is a masonry building, without a basement and with a flat roof. The project will also include the parking lots and pavements. Kindergarten consists of three departments, each with capacity of 20 children. The building also has economy section, section lead and section for a speech therapy and classroom language.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of administrative building in Brno. The main entrance to the building is oriented to the south-east. The building is L-shaped and it is designed as a two-storey, partly with a cellar. The perimeter bearing masonry of the above-ground floors is designed from ceramic blocks of thickness 300 mm and the internal bearing masonry of thickness 250 mm. After that the basement masonry is made of concrete blocks thickness 300 mm cast in concrete. Internal non-bearing masonry made of ceramic blocks thickness 115 mm. The insulation of the building is designed as a certified contact insulation system of EPS material. The horizontal bearing structures are designed as a ceramic prefabricated rib-and-filler floor with concrete grout. The stairs are designed as reinforced concrete monolithic. The roof is warm flat roof with an extensive vegetation layer.

The whole architectural design of this ground-family house with an attic and its integration into the natural terrain creating favourable conditions for architectural effect of the building. The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of a detached house. The object is located in the town of Markvartice in a gently sloping terrain, and it is conceived for families of four members. The family house is designed as a stand-alone, two-floor, with a partly made cellar. There is also a garage in the house. The main entrance is at the level of the 1st floor, and the entrance to the building is at the basement level. The main rooms are oriented to the south. Vertical structures are made of ceramic blocks. The ceiling construction is made of bricks with miako inserts and ceramic concrete joists. The detached house is topped by a shed roof. The project was prepared using the computer program AutoCAD. When processing, the emphasis was put on the correct layout, architectural solutions, static requirements and safe use of the building.
